The world of electric vehicles is getting increasingly more confusing with terminology. This is why we decided to future-proof the Bandit and supply it with VINs and legal documents used for mopeds. In almost every state, you don’t need anything yet and the bike can be treated like a regular ebike. But, in the case that rules change a few years from now, you’ll be covered!
By offering “free” shipping, customers located closer to our headquarters would subsidize the shipping costs to customers who are farther away. In some cases, this difference can be $200-300. In an effort to make the product as affordable as possible, we add shipping according to destination and also allow customers to pick up their bikes in person to further save cost.

The Bandit meets all 50 USA states guidelines for a motor driven cycle. Our 2 horsepower motor is the limit before requiring a motorcycle license in the majority of states.

We have registered the Bandit with ASME and have produced VIN plates that can be used for registration and insurance. Every bike comes with a bill of sale, a certificate of origin
